Child profile

1. Open Pauzi and go to Child profiles.
2. Select the profile, tap Edit, then Delete profile.
3. Confirm the deletion dialog.

This deletes that child’s data, sessions, apps, pairings, activities, rewards and TTS files. Other children and account settings remain.

Custom activity or analytics

Delete a custom activity from the Activities screen. Turning off Usage statistics (Firebase) in Settings stops future Firebase Analytics collection; contact us with a request concerning existing data.

1. Open Pauzi on the parent phone.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm the dialog.

The dialog does not ask for a password; the active session authorizes the request. On success, active account data and TTS files are deleted. If the operation fails, the app reports an error and you can retry. Provider backups and technical logs follow their documented retention lifecycle and are not represented as being removed instantly.

If you cannot access the app or need a granular request, email us from the relevant address at privacy@pauzi.app. Use Data deletion request as the subject and say whether the request concerns the app account, website waitlist, Google Play tester list, or all of them. We verify identity using the account email and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

• the Auth account, email, settings and hashed parental PIN;
• child profiles, routines, sessions, reports and live state;
• installed/allowed apps and linked device records;
• activities, rewards, their history and indexed TTS audio;
• FCM tokens, first-party analytics events, audited privacy choices and install attribution;
• technical subscription status and other functional account data.

A pauzi.app install click that is no longer linked to the account does not contain an email, IP address, user agent or child data and is automatically deleted within 180 days.

If the account email is also on the Pauzi waitlist, account deletion removes that waitlist row and recipient-history email copies. For a different address, or removal from the Play Console tester list, identify the address explicitly in your email.

Sentry reports are not intentionally linked to an account or email, so we cannot reliably locate a report by account address. Contact us with questions or objections about this processing. Email data already sent to Resend and data processed by Google, RevenueCat or other providers follows their policies and available controls.

Deleting your Pauzi account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. To stop renewal, open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pauziand follow Google’s instructions. Google manages payment documents under its policies and legal obligations.
